Registering for the conference

You can register in the following ways:

1. PRINT and fill out the ANZPA Conference 2008 PDF Registration Form, (PDF 33KB).

• FAX the completed form to: +61 3 5333 1960 or
• POST to: ANZPA Conference Registrar, PO Box 57N, Armadale North, 3143, Victoria, Australia

2. Download to your computer the ANZPA Conference 2008 WORD Registration Form (Word, 59KB), open the file and fill in the information required, save the file.
